Order Process Information and Requirement

By accepting charges, and processing your order, it does not mean actual guarantee the shipment. Shipment normally ships out the next business day after receiving your order (exclude holidays). Pnsco.net may contact you regarding the order you have placed. If for any reason, you cannot be reached, your order will be put on hold. Pnsco.net does not hold any delaying responsibility for any on hold orders for which they might cost any additional responsibilities. It is customer's responsibility to make sure their information have been input clearly and correctly. We, however, will issue an email upon receiving your order regarding the information you have input. Customer service will reply your email within 1-2 business days except weekends and holidays.

On Hold Status

On hold status defines as orders that cannot be processed due to an error. We might hold your order for the following reasons:

Credit card information cannot be verified.

Billing information and/or shipping information cannot be matched.

Credit Card has rejected your order due to human or mechanical error.

Receiver does not match credit card record as authorized user.

In order to prevent any delay of shipments, please make sure you have correctly input your billing information. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please notice your bank regarding your shipping address.

Note: We will not process/verify any order that does not have a valid contact phone number.
